Great Japanese Nikiri knife

It's just OK. It's not great, not awful. The cutting edge is sharp, but ceramic is a too thick. It cuts veggies as well as a normal knife, not very impressive. It's dirt cheap so that's a plus. It's ceramic so be careful not to chip it. Would I buy it again? No. The ceramic is too thick. Better to spend more for a metal Nakiri.

I love ceramic knives. They are great, really shape and just as pictured. Super sharp so be careful!

Not as sharp as I thought it'd be. Too delicate to handle cutting and chopping through dense vegetables and meats. I wouldn't recommend if you're a serious cook.
