Great deal
Great 'refurbished' masticating juicer, bought as a used like new item, and it looks brand new, nothing broken, everything works. The machine itself is a very good model, pulp is dry, juice is exceptional and higher yielding than my old centrifugal juicer. I have owned a $2000 slow juicer in the past and this one is pretty close to the same quality of juice. I was able to get it at a price of $60, against a sale price of $130 for a new one, regular price $160. This was a great deal, amazon used products can be hit or miss but this time I think I did well. Have no idea how long it will last etc. I'll have to wait and see for that, but can confirm it is easy to clean, even near the center of the main tub where there is a a small crevice circling the auger connection, if you just use a kitchen sink hose, or put the tap on high pressure, water easily flushes it out.

Excellent Juicer it is well worth the price!
This works really well, it is very very quiet and it gets a lot more juice out of your vegetables and fruit than the centrifugal force juicers. It was also very easy to put together and use and cleanup was also fast.

Good Cold Press Juicer
So far this is a great cold press juicer. Cleans well. My only issue is that it is tall and does not fit under cabinet space when using. It also does not hold large Veges. I have to cut cucumbers into spears to juice. But the juice is good and pulp is easily cleaned from machine.

Capable, robust, reliable unit... worth every penny!
I wanted a good juicer for ages and I researched for months before deciding to get this juicer. I tried 3-4 different units and this is the one I kept. I've had it now almost a year and I really like it. It's robust and you can make enough juice at a time to have decent-sized glasses of beverage and even some for later in the day. It handles chunky pieces easily although for the best juice extraction I cut things up ie I don't throw in whole apples, etc. The juice is smooth, no residual bits in it. Like many juicers, it's not great with celery... it gets a little jammed up from the long, stringy fibers. But that complaint exists with all the juicers I checked into (unless you want to spend $500-$1000, which I didn't). I cut celery small and put it in last. Clean up is easy. I generally put the pieces into a soak bowl so they don't dry with the residue on them and then I clean them more thoroughly after the meal or later in the day. People have commented that it has many pieces. Yes, it does but they're all rinse-off-easy... done in 2 minutes. If you have children... a good thing is that it won't turn on unless perfectly assembled. One thing - - a teeny amount of juice always gets underneath the bottom basket onto the unit base itself even though there's a tight gasket that should block this from happening. But it's not a big issue for me as it's never gotten worse. I like that it's tall (instead of wide like so many others) so it can stay on the counter without monopolizing too much space. After all, what good is a juicer, if it's sitting in your cabinet, right? It's a very good value and I highly recommend this unit.

Not for Daily Juicing. Cracked Plastic and NO replacement parts!
Unbelievable. I have been juicing for over 20 years and I’ve never owned such a flimsy piece of junk. I juiced with this machine for about a month and a half before the Juicing Bowl (photo 2?… they’re all out of order) cracked in 2 places and now it leaks juice all over the Motor Base (photo 3). I primarily juiced celery which easily got stuck in the crevices of the machine (photos 1 & 4). Thank goodness the product designers had the wherewithal to make the tip of the cleaning brush the perfect size to clean these tiny slots of excess pulp. While the juice it extracts is truly delicious, this product is not made for a daily (or more) juicer like me. Celery in particular seemed to create an issue with its stringy pulp causing strain on the machine. I also juiced apples, cucumbers, and oranges, which it masticated easily. I paid the full price for this machine ($160) and was very disappointed that the price reduced to $96 shortly after my purchase. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A BETTER QUALITY MACHINE!! When I checked the CuisinArt website for replacement parts, the part I need is not available. I have also contacted the company directly; the part I need is not available and they have sent me the wrong replacement part (the Juice Container, which I’ve never used.) In the past I owned a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer (which is not the masticating style) and it lasted me for 10 years!! Prior to that I had one from the brand Hamilton Beach. I got this machine because I appreciated the low price, the highly-rated reviews, and the fact it was supposed to be “easy clean.” The east clean part is a huge misnomer… cleaning NINE pieces after every juicing isn’t that simple! Granted, I clean everything by hand, but I’ve never owned a juicer with so many parts and pieces. This machine gets an overall rating if 1 star because it was not worth the money for it to last only a month and a half; it should not be highly rated because people haven’t used it daily to know if it lasts; and having nine separate pieces to clean after each juicing is not what I would label “easy clean.” And the fact that the manufacturer doesn’t carry replacement parts for the areas that actually break is just ridiculous. But hey, they have replacement Juice Containers! (Which I never used because I used a drinking glass.) So incredibly disappointed. Save your money for a better product. I’ve heard good things about the Omega brand of juicers… especially for celery.

Best Nama alternative!
I purchased this because I really wanted the nama j2 juicer and thought that the nama juicer was pricey. I was also doing a fast, and the traditional juicers always left my heart hurting as I felt like I was wasting my money: too much oil and no little juice. I was recommended this by another church sister who was doing an extended fast alongside me. But this one right here! It’s amazing! 10/10 for me! I am so very pleased. Pro’s about the device: It’s easy to set up It’s easy to install It’s easy to wash You get little waste & ALOT of juice Doesn’t take up a lot of space Con’s about this juicer: It juices very fast so have veggies pre chopped The top doesn’t open up so veggies or fruits have to be cut a bit slender It’s hard to reinsert the middle chamber after washing to be used again
