I recently purchased out the compatible Cool Toner TN247 for my Brother L-L3270CDW Laser Printer. They arrived well packaged with each toner individual sealed in an airtight bag. Although I have only used the Black Toner to date, I’m really impressed at the value ease of installation & the print quality. The toner was instantly recognised by the Brother software & showed toner at full capacity. Following the installation of the black toner, I continued to print a booklet which was in process when my original toner ran out. The subsequent pages were comparable with previous pages printed with the original toner. I also printed a full A4 greyscale image & was impressed with the overall quality & no evidence of banding. These are great value as even the lower capacity Brother original pack would cost in excess of £200. Its worth noting that my Brother original toner which had a predicted an approximate 1000 page capacity, disappointingly only managed 502 pages of standard text before expiring.

The toner has been very good. Good ink usage and no smudges. Very good value. Prompt service from the supplier, too.

Hard to install. Good product

Good toner. However, sometimes you get a toner which is showing as empty. Fortunately you can easily reset the counter and it will work again. 1. Open the lid of the printer, keep it open 2. Press and hold both the X and BACK buttons at the same time 3. Release after a couple of seconds and press the BACK button once more 4. Choose which toner cartridge to reset. (HC = High Capacity, STD = Standard Capacity).

Great value for all colours, lasts well. Quick delivery. Will buy again

The item arrived in a plain white box so do not expect what you see in the image here and inside the box is just the sealed Toners and no instructions. To be honest you dont need them as my Brother Printer had them anyway. I simply pulled them out and press down a clip to remove the toner from the drum and replaced it and put it back in. Works just as expect with no problems, at the same time I also notice ther was a firmware update which I chose not to do as I only ever did the update a few times when I first bouth it but you do not need to do this unless you have a serious problem with your printer. Lets face it most of these firmware updates are there to stop us from using 3rd party toners and my gut feeling is that if I did the update these toners will stop working. So advoid any updates before you are about to replace the toners or if you know your toner will run out soon and needs replacements. That said these work fine and makes a huge difference in terms of cost saving.

at this price comparted with Brother orignal catridge , print is fare and good enough. i used for 3510 CDW

Poor Quality. I opened my package approximately a month after I received. The Magenta cartridge was not recognised by my Brother HL-3270CDW printer. It did not work even after repeated resetting. It turns out that the printer contact part was missing. As I am now a month post-purchase, I can not return the product. Beware. Only buy when you really need to replace and check immediately after you receive it

The product was returned because it did not work with my printer, but I have not received a refund.

Yellow and blue are almost empty.
