This does not bother my stomach when I burp as other brands do. The outer coating makes it easy to swallow and does not leave an awful taste my mouth. I have been using this product for general health and hair , skin and nail.

I have bought this item more than twice. Worked really well and would have vivid dreams.

I have heard that black see oil helps and I hope it’s doing a good job. With supplements, it’s difficult to tell from the outside. I will say I’ve needed to be careful with these capsules so they aren’t squished tightly in my pill box. Twice I’ve opened my daily pill box to find an oily mess. The capsules leak easily under pressure. But it was probably my fault.

The previous version deserves five stars, but the new loses stars for using gelatin. The whole reason I chose this brand was because it says it’s gluten free and VEGAN.

These are very affordable and they get the job done! Being that I am familiar with the oil, I don't think anything related to it is meant to taste good so the flavor doesn't really matter to me but overall they're the best yet.
