Just installed it today and drove around for a few hours. Really good fit. Installation took me about 45 minutes. Very straight forward. Materials are all high quality. Finish is good. It either made it quieter or it quieted some of the frequencies that are most obnoxious. It rolls up tight and compact. It doesn't have a lock but when the tail gate is locked you can't open it. I think a real dedicated thief could get through, but it will stop those looking for just an easy target. Overall super happy.

This is my second BAKFlip hard cover. Had one on my GMC which was destroyed by a falling tree during a tornado passage. After replacing the vehicle I purchased this one from Amazon and installed myself on my new Ford. This one is better and lighter than the original model. Fairly water resistant, but water from a driving rain creeps in from the tailgate area and a little on the sides. If you are carrying something than should not get wet you might consider keeping a trap as extra protection as I do. The best thing about any type of cover for your truck bed, is that once the bed is covered whatever is under the cover is out of sight and out mind. So those tempted to "take what they see" is avoided. The advantage of a sectional hard cover vs a solid or soft cover is the ability to access the full bed easily and lock it closed when the tail gate is up. This cover I found easy to install by myself in about an 1.5 hours. Watch a video, once you figure out how to mount the rails and where to run the water drain tubes it is very easy. My other cover was on my GMC for 10 years and it held up so I am expecting this one to perform similarly.

Absolutely awesome tonneau cover for my 2016 ford f150 5.5' bed. Installing it was a breeze and very straight forward I highly recommend this tonneau cover to anyone thinking about buying one. Keeps everything in my bed nice and dry. Important note is when installing the bed rail clamps, you really have to lock in the clamps into the rail channel so when tightening it up it pushes the rail upward so when closing the tonneau cover it locks in perfect. Fits perfect on my truck and for the price of this cover it's well worth it.

I was looking for a hard/rigid leak proof cover that didn't take up the interior bed space and this was it. The install went smoothly with two people. The minor adjustments were a little simpler. Install time took approximately 30mins to get it in place and another 15-20 to fine tune and tweak the corners. I highly recommend adjusting the vertical level (trim) at the tailgate to ensure a good seal and prevent leaks along the length of the bed. I did notice some minor leaking along the tailgate corners but was easily solved by adding some of the sealant tape that came in the box. The metal edges (where they come over the tailgate) are sharp and can rub on the finish of the gate. It is recommended to file that down to knock the sharp edge off as well. When rolling the cover up, the straps are secure, and the covers stays put. The "rubber bumpers" included are held on with 3M tape and will come lose. I have lost 1 of the 4 at this point, but seeing as how it won't hit the glass, I'm not terribly upset. When rolling down to secure the covers shut, do make sure that nothing is above the cover, or it will jump the track and not secure. Overall, great cover, easy to install, looks good, and meets the requirements.

Package arrived half open and all of the tape holding the parts packages closed were already cut open and there was no instructions or paperwork at all. Just a box of parts - It seemed like a returned item. And then the worst part - some other rails for another cover were swapped. I spent about an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. Now I have to wait a week for return pickup before I get a refund and able to buy a new cover. I’ll probably find a different brand at this point.

Had to get a new Back Flip when I got my new truck. Wouldn't go without one. Lightweight but strong panels. Easy to install. Wherever I go my cargo is safe, secure, and out-of-sight.

The cover itself is a great unit and even better than I expected. The install was simple and effortless for the most part. I dropped two stars for receiving a customer return with parts packed in little ziplock bags, and obviously previously installed unit, with a dent on the non-visible underside already (hard to see in the pic), and seals that were used and not usable again (stuck back on themselves as the backing was gone from already being installed on the truck and then removed. I also saw that upon receipt the seller, which I must have missed originally, was apparently not RealTruck, and even comes up as a totally different seller on the listing when I go and look again today, but the listing is "Amazon's Choice" and has the usual "visit the RealTruck store" on the listing and everything looked to be from the manufacturer. I feel like I bought a used item for the full retail price. It's too big to arrange a return at this point and was missing some of the factory packing so may get damaged on the return so I'm reaching out to the manufacturer for new seals and going to just suck this up and learn from this. Buyers beware, I suggest buying directly from the RealTruck site for their products going forward.

Fit great, easy to install and great if you need to flip it up to utilize the entire truck box.

I like how easy it was to install this cover and it looks so stream line on my truck, F150.

Very happy with purchase. Easy to install. A cover piece was broken and maker of cover sent a new one right away. Very pleased.

Upgraded from the factory Ford trifold. This top is perfect. Fits excellent. Automatic tailgate opens and closes as it should with no interference. Had a major storm yesterday and the box was completely dry except for some water on the tail gate, which I expected. There is a small clearance at the tailgate to allow for the automatic tailgate release. You could adjust it closer if you need. I'm very satisfied. Looks so much better too.

High quality, but having 2 people for the install sure helps. Just allow about 2 hours for the install.
