These are my favorite beauty supplements because they actually work! When I first tried them, I didn’t have high expectations, but after about a month of consistent use, I started noticing visible improvements. My skin looked more hydrated and radiant, and even my hair appeared healthier and shinier. The berry flavor is delicious. The texture is great. It is delicious! I’ve been repurchasing them regularly for over a year now. I genuinely look forward to them as part of my wellness routine. The only thing I wish is that each bottle came with a full 30-day supply instead of 25 days, but since they deliver such noticeable results, I really can’t complain. These have definitely earned a permanent spot in my supplement rotation.

I'm using these in combination with some glutathione gummies plus skin care. My skin looks bright, healthy to. I love the taste of them, I take them every morning. I mean I feel like this alone will not get you the results like ASAP.

My nails and hair are benefiting too (also take collagen) Ingredients are clear on the label- no mystery stuff and they taste terrific. My last order was shipped in 90 degree weather and they put an ice pack in the package!! Amazing service. Not a single melted gummy and they were on my porch for a solid 5 hours. First off, YUM lol. I had to actually stop myself from eating more than 3 a day, they taste good and are very gummy and bouncy. But to the actual point - I took “before and after” photos, just 10 days apart, and I do think there is a noticeable difference. It did not impact my blemishes or mild acne so far, but I think it has improved some fine lines and signs of stress. (I did nothing different in my skincare routine, just exfoliating, cleansing, using a toner, and moisturizing). Was not expecting these gummies to work as well as they did, but my skin was noticeably glowing after about a week of taking them. The taste and smell are great, and they didn’t upset my sensitive stomach at all. I’m really impressed with how gentle and effective they’ve been.

I used these for over a year- and stopped using due to cost. I never noticed a difference either way. The taste is good- but the texture takes some getting used to. Not like regular gummies- thicker and tougher to chew.

First off, these gummies taste GREAT. If they were just candy and not a supplement, I'd still eat them (assuming they were also way cheaper priced). I have no idea why some commenters are complaining about the smell or taste, because they're delicious and have no chemical taste whatsoever that I notice, and I'm usually sensative to any weird taste in supplements. Of course individual tastes vary, but I think they're really tasty. The first thing I noticed with these supplements was my knees, elbows, and heels got really soft and smooth within about 3 days of taking them. On the fifth day I noticed my face was looking much brighter and clearer, which was a pleasant surprise considering I'd started my monthly the day before, so that time is usually when my skin looks its absolute worst. I did have a hormonal break out like usual (I'll have to wait til next month to see in the gummies help with that, since I started taking them while already PMSing), but I noticed the spots healed up much, MUCH faster, like within a day or two (I'm embarassed to admit I'm a picker, so the marks can sometimes last all month). At this point in my life I know my skin really well, and I'd say there's no doubt whatsoever that these gummies have helped my skin, and quickly. I will add I'v been taking 3 a day, since 2 have 120mg HA and I read the ideal amount is between 120mg and 240mg (I decided to shoot for the middle). Obviously I'll go through them faster, and the one thing I dislike about these gummies is the PRICE, but if they really help my skin it's worth the money, and honestly I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on skincare products which haven't done half as much as this supplement did in a week. Plus they're delicious! I will say I also added a zinc supplement around the same time, which is supposed to be good for acne prone skin, but I think the gummies made the bigger difference. I'll be reordering these regularly and looking forward to taking them every day. They're the most tasty vitamins I have. Highly recommended!
