Does these fit a VW jetta 2013?

Oem, no idea, with adapters, probably. I had to make adapters for my 06 titan to convert from a 6x9 and adjust depth to clear windows. Really anything will fit anywhere if you want it to lol.

Can these be bi-amped?

I own these speakers and they have well exceeded my expectations. If you use the factory crossovers that come with the speakers, you can only connect one stereo amp to power them. Well, I suppose you could connect two mono amps as well. That would be bi-amping in a way. However, for true bi-amping, or even tri-amping, you would need an external crossover or a head unit that is capable of 2 or 3 way processing. Then you would be in good shape for bi-amping. I plan to go fully active soon, which will use the 3 way crossover network built in to my Pioneer DEH- 80PRS head unit, and I'll have a separate channel of amplification for each of the 6 drivers in this speaker set. Can't wait for that!!
