As described easy to dissolve a n to chew. Fits my needs as in vitamin quality and efficiency

Started increasing my dose to 1000 mcg and can really tell a difference. Many people complained about the taste but I don't have a problem with the taste. I chew mine and they are small so hardly noticeable.

I like Life Extension Products, however I didn't like the taste of this B12. It had a weird taste to me & I realized it had xylitol it in which isn't a healthy sweetner for me.. too bad I didn't see it before I purchased it.

Us vegans need B12 as B12 is only delivered via animal food products so thank you Amazon to help us live a balanced, nutritionally healthy life. Very inexpensive.
