Great design
This punching bag mount makes me more comfortable about the punching bag security. The design allows for secure attachment to the ceiling rafters without concern that the bolts will work loose. It was extremely easy to install and the design allows for ease in mounting the chain and bag.

Holds the bag like you want it to
Holds the big old punching bag up and has given us no issue even when my husband beats the heck out of that bag.

These work awesome for our porch swing, very nice quality with bearing a plus. Don't forget to oil the bearing when you put them up( tip).

Easy Install and Sturdy
Easy to mount on an I-Beam and very sturdy. However, there is some creaking when swinging laterally from the plate rubbing on the bolt.

Totally worth the money
It’s extremely well made and totally worth the money product is well made. The whole and functionality of the product was great in our basement. We were able to hang our punching bags along with the monkey bars throughout our basement to create a mini obstacle course to prepare us for the Spartan races in Colorado Springs. Product was totally worth it.

Used for other than intended purpose.
I used these bracket in conjunction with the Bodytorx suspension system i purchased from Amazon. The brackets installed easily on my basements center I-beam. As stated in a few reviews, there is some play in the brackets due to the thickness of the I-beam itself. I made some shims and it snugged up the fit. The bracket is very secure and holds the suspension system well.
