I bought this specifically for taking my phone on vacation...I accidentally took my old iPhone into the pool while on vacation (killing it of course) last year and didn't want a repeat with the Samsung so I bought this case. The case seems to work well and appears to keep the phone watertight. The screen is clear, the camera appears to be working....audio playback is a little muffled but usable. The only problem I really had was the thumbprint reader, which could have been a mistake on my part. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to apply and ran through all the spares. I contacted the vendor and they were very responsive. I don't plan on using this case every day as I prefer a thinner case and due to the muffled sound and having to remove and replace the plug cover. BTW...it WILL wirelessly charge through the case, although it appears to be a bit slower.

Excellent case as it's build quality in my opinion is made even better than any high quality phone case like otterbox I've used. It's side grip is very comfortable in your hands and it's very lightweight. As you can see from my picture, I accidentally set it on my stove top for a minute And it melted but still held up. Fortunately thanks to its good construction my camera still works and the case is still usable. 10/10 great job constructing this

Excellent protector esta completo

The plastic screencover came with a scratch, some sticker adhesive, smudges and hair. It also contained a sticker to peel off a protective film and the sticker had hair on it. The sticker was stuck on the installation guide so it looks like it might be accidentally in the package even. There was also a random piece of plastic on the inside of the case. Edited to add: I put the phone case on. The fingerprint scan won't work through the plastic cover. I love these types of all in one phone cases, but they are pointless if you can't use the features of your phone.

Cool case but two flaws: The fingerprint solution is garbage. I've followed the directions (which on that little card they send you contradicts itself saying you have to take off the little sticker tab but at the bottom it says if you take off the sticker tab the fingerprint reader won't work - ORO?). I re-registered my fingerprints which barely worked as it couldn't read 70% of the time... now it just fails constantly. The second issue is the Qi charging due to the case design rarely works on most wireless chargers. I have to turn the phone sideways or push into the charger to get it to connect - I suspect the deep edges cause this and I'll have to look for a different charger that has a small raised protrusion of the charging element to get this to work properly.

Protects the phone well from drops and keeps the water out. It was splashed on in the pool several times. Finger sensor dot hard to install and didn't work for me. I used up all the dots trying to install it. Hard to get the lint and dust cleared fr the inside. Everyone has a hard time hearing me and my videos have so much movement noise for some reason over the mic.

I had put this case on a few weeks before an overnight kayak trip. I normally use my silicone SPen compatible one because I love that darn pen. I work in construction and really should use a tougher case. This one did work pretty well especially for the price. I dropped it on the pavement, on concrete, in the sink. Yeah. Not easy on phones. Trip comes and I kept the phone in my lap through the water. Then I tipped my yak like a dinkus. I had a float lanyard on and down the river it went. By the time I righted myself, the lanyard was gone. Paddled my rear off and found it. The phone had been underwater the entire time. Way longer than it should have been! Hitting rocks. Riding rapids. It was difficult to rescue but darn it, it's my phone! The phone was a bit damp but otherwise fine. Had to let the ports dry out. I realized that all those drops had loosened the seal. Idiot. If I had taken just a few seconds and popped it back together, I think the phone would have been dry. The case screen was pretty scratched up after it's adventure. It's not really usable anymore but as far as I'm concerned, it more than served it's purpose. The phone screen was perfect. Very easy to install and remove. I thought that was very cool. Some cases you need blueprints to assemble. This one can easily be swapped with others. Also, button control was tight and responsive. For this price, I really think you get more than what you pay for. Especially if you are truly interested in a waterproof case. Just remember to check the seals if you've dropped it. If you're looking for a tough case, meh, it's medium tough. Might want to look at strictly tough cases.

Is awesome provideds that extra bit of protection for my phone. I have dropped it many times case does it's job. Very waterproof I have taken it in pool many times no issue. I have bought 3 of these only because im terrible about.putting my phone and keys in same pocket and scratching the case up. Thats on me. Other than that this is perfect.
