What I most care about is the blood pressure measurement of this watch. It is really precise, Now I am in the hospital, the nurse is using a professional machine to measure my blood pressure, it got the same result with my watch. 105+/-3 and 68 (the same), not only once, but many times got a very similar result. So I begin to trust the watch, It is really precise and good to use.

I’ve tried at least 8 other watches (pricey) before this one but this is the VERY BEST — style, price, syncing, and uses. It took about 15-30 seconds to pair with my iPhone after I downloaded the app. It’s easy and accurate measuring my blood pressure and my pulse. I have aFIb so it’s necessary for me to track my health. This one does quickly, accurately, and stylishly. I doubted how great it would be because the price is below $30. I’m so glad I decided give it a try and wasn’t disappointed. My only negative is a tiny issue with the band. It’s really large on my wrist but it has enough holes to tighten it sufficiently. If you’re on the fence, please give it a try. UPDATE: The charged life is phenomenal. Today was the first time it needed recharging and it still had 2 bars!

I paid about $35 for this watch. I have owned it for about a week now and it is a good simple smart watch. I have a 6inch wrist and feel this face size is pretty good but would work on larger wrist too- the strap can accommodate pretty large. I use this watch mainly for quickly checking texts and emails, seeing who is calling, and obviously for the time. You cannot reply to texts/emails, answer a call (can decline them), set alarms in watch (can via the required Heroband III phone app) nor can you play music/sound from the watch. The Heroband phone app is required to be installed and open on your phone at all times in order to log data (sleep, steps, heart rate etc) I find It doesn’t consistently wake when you raise your arm to check it. It does vibrate when you receive notifications (you can swipe to read through a long notification like text or email for example) I am extremely sceptical on the accuracy of heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen measurements but haven’t compared them to more expensive or professional medical devices (an unnoticeable when wearing green light does quickly flash on the back now and then indicating measurement taking). The step counter seems to differ a times of +1000-1500 from my iphone 13s step counter but I will need to exercise and test further! The find my phone feature only makes the phone vibrate no matter what setting the watch or phone is in. (Which is usually useless if you cant find your phone!) The variety of optional faces is pretty good, some good ones, mainly weird ones, and except for a couple they are overall not customizable in colours and info displayed - are stuck with whatever the face designer picked to show. It is apparently NOT waterproof so no showers or swimming/baths. I haven’t tested it water wise but from looking at other reviews and reading the product page I would say a light rain is the most it should be exposed to if at all. It is charged via a two pin magnet that attaches to two points on the back of the watch- they come lose if jostled but it charges fairly quickly and lasts near a week on a single charge with medium brightness and medium use. In conclusion, if you're looking for an affordable and basic smart watch this is a great option overall. It is generally quick, easy, and has a fairly crisp screen.

This is great as an inexpensive $25 step counter watch. 4 stars for that, but I’m gonna pack a bunch of cons for that one missing star. I’ve worn it for a week and will wear it for another week before I decide to return it or give it away. The blood pressure and heart rate consistently come in about 10 points lower when comparing to a blood pressure cuff and oximeter, but close enough to be in the ballpark. The O2 saturation comes in 1-2% lower than the oximeter. Exercise has a few activities to estimate calories burned, but seems way off. For sure I burned more than 42 calories on a 30 minute walk. Step counter seems very close to agreeing with the iPhone step counter when I use both. It vibrates when I have an incoming call. I can send it to voicemail, but can’t answer the call. Messages has my last 3 fb messages, but those are old and it doesn’t have today’s recent sms text messages. Maybe my fault in setup. Weather and camera do nothing. Player plays whatever is queued up on your phone, in my case a podcast. Had to open music on my phone, play and pause, then could unpause from the watch. Don’t see a way to use earbuds or AirPods. Timer worked, find my phone didn’t work. Settings were basic, like mute notifications and adjust brightness. Instructions included were printed so small, I got a magnifying glass and still couldn’t read it all. We are talking mandarin on a grain of rice small. Annoying that half the time, when you raise your wrist to just check the time, it doesn’t turn on. You have to shake your arm or push the dial. It has a single push/turn dial. It will light up randomly while moving around in bed and trying to sleep. It goes to sleep in 5 seconds. It goes off before I can hit a button. Again, that might be me missing a setting, but if so that setting is hard to find. It has an app called Hero Band III. It works with iPhone, but the data doesn’t auto feed into Apple Health. That’s what I wanted and probably will be my deciding factor to return it, cave and just get an Apple Watch.
