The product is excellent

I was a little concerned when taking delivery as the packaging was damaged in places but the desk was so well protected that there wasn't a mark on it. Each of the fittings were in their own bag which made assembly that much quicker and there were spares 'just in case'. Altogether a high quality and sturdy piece of equipment with the only reservation being that the pictures for assembly could have had a description in places to avoid the 'DIY hindsight' issue when you realise that you needed to do it differently when you got 3 pictures further on! Scanner shelf caught me out! But that's only a minor gripe!

The screws aren't the best, some looked bent, one even snapped inside the desk when assembling it, very fidgety, and hard to assemble especially when doing it on your own, some parts where confusing when trying to assemble and the instructions weren't so clear, in writing it would say one number part and in the image it would say a different number part, would be better if the numbers are same for all and the draws were alot smaller than I expected, I expect that I could fit a piece of paper in flat but can not so a bit annoyed as can not put some books and important paper in the draws as I originally wanted to

The box arrived in good time and well packaged. The instructions were fairly straight forward, so after organising the parts and laying everything out I managed to assemble the desk in about an hour by myself. Assembly was pretty easy and logical to do. When put together it is sturdy with plenty of options where I could put things on shelves and in drawers. A nice looking desk perfect for what I wanted.

The product is horrible . It is a mess to assemble . I’ve lost already 4 hours to do it and still haven’t managed to do it yet . It has like 100000 screws and pieces plus there are holes that are not where they should be . Assembling the drawers is a freaking puzzle . It is a solid and good quality desk but it’s impossible to assemble. You must be a freaking engineer to do it . The instructions are totally not clear especially for the little pieces … the instructions manual is poorly printed and you can’t really tell what is what . I will definitely not buy again . I need to throw it to the garbage as I already gave up assembling it .

Very nice

Nice desk when build but in the end we didn't bother with the draws as none of the holes lined up so we totally gave up. Shame as we are pretty good at flat pack but this one was just so frustrating to build. The monitor stand was a total nightmare as the metal posts are too long so doesn't allow the screws to screw into the wood. In the end had to cut them down to get to fit which wasn't and easy job to cut down fiddly posts with a hack saw. Its built and looks ok but if we had to buy another wouldn't get one of these again the build was too stressful. Couple of bits of damage to wood which discovered once started to build but carried on and just touched up with white paint as no way was going to dismantle so check all pieces before you start build. Would recommend that who every designed and spec'd parts should try to build one. **Amendment to review. The seller has done a great job with addressing the issues on this product and the matter is now resolved ***

Brought before I moved so only just assembled. Took me several hrs but I did it on my own & I have arthritis in nt hands. Instructions clear & all screws etc clearly labelled. Really pleased with the desk. Good & sturdy lots of space to put things & desk top is bigger than some so plenty of room to work. I use a screen & a laptop & the little shelf on top is just right to put a laptop stand on to levels the screens. I will also be using as a sewing desk. Plenty sturdy for that too. I would recommend it as a home desk.
