Great for size D and accessories
It fits my tank securely and a pediatric non rebreather and adult non rebreather and also a nasal cannula. I untied the tie string for my O2 wrench and easily retied it. The Velcro strap I used to keep my regulator from banging into things. For the price it’s absolutely great. If I was spending $50 or more I would want more storage but it’s ample for me needs. You could probably squeeze a bvm in there if you had to. Highly recommended because putting O2 in my bag would take up half the med bag. This is the best route to go. Bonus points for the reflective straps for saftey.

Material is strong, and durable.
I m happy with the oxygen tank sleeve, especially that it is heavy material, feels like cordura( ? ), it's working out fine. Also, the strings closing the neck are ok, could be stronger, thicker, the strings will break before the material gives out. Overall a good buy.

For EMS use...
I bought this just under 5 months ago and have used it 3 days a week since receiving it. I can fit a nasal cannula, nonrebreather, neb with packages of albuterol and ipratropium, and a fingertip pulse ox in the pouch. Only complain is that 5 months is all it took for the Velcro to start wearing out and sometimes failing all together.
