It's adjustable with snaps on the bottom for width and the sides Velcro to fit. You might want to consider his height, but I would think so.

Q: can i use for a car seat to support ?

Absolutely not. You are not supposed to add anything to the car seat that did not originally come with the car seat. The car seats are not crash safety tested with anything additional.

Q: Can my baby use this product a lot?

That’s really going to depend on your baby I’m sun was tiny and stayed that way for a while so I used It for months where’s as a baby growing rapidly may not use it for long. Likewise it become kind of pointless once your baby gains more control over their upper body.
