Bad unwrapping issue due to melted chocolates
The chocolates had melted by the time the package was delivered. So, the wrapper is now mixed with the chocolate and unwrapping and eating them is a mess. The packing should have been more robust and better. Temperature should have been controlled in transit considering these are expensive chocolates.

Please add ice pack when delivering products which can melt in summer. The entire chocolate has melted and is sticking to the pack and on freezing they are becoming clumpy

These are absolutely delicious, so much so, i have bought them for the last 7 weeks at £12.99 for a 1kg pack. I thought it a bit expensive, but cuz i liked them so much, i paid the money. I went to buy them again, and to my horror, saw they had put them up to £22. That is a £10 increase in a day!! And is absolutely shocking in my eyes. A deliberate venture on their part, to scam extra money out of me. So very unfair, especially as i had been a loyal customer. Typical Amazon to allow this to happen!!??

I had bought Reese’s at local shops and even the seasonal stuff tasted and looked like they’d melted at some point of their journey. Same with these. Sometimes the Reese’s arrive fresh but other times you’re left with a bag you’re not going to eat because they taste oily. life is too short for bad food. April 2025 Amazon promised to send them in a cool pack but they arrived deformed and oily so I threw the entire bag out, AGAIN.
