Wow product, it gives super comfort.We kept it in our office visitor room, peopl ewere crazy sitting int he chair anf work, due to the comfort.The buuld quality is awesome and it actually takes a good load on it.The back Support has a good strngth, and can go quuiate back.As compare to the other chairs the weisght is low, with a supebr stability.We have used it for all rough work and classy looks

Comfortable chair and pretty sturdy

Looks the same as in the pictures Value for money. Great base and wheels are easy to move around

Quality issue. Hydraulic system not working. Aluminium quoted fiber parts used but it looks like steel. Kindly get issue resolved.

I was ecstatic when my Da URBAN® Milford Mid Back Revolving Leatherette Chair arrived. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair felt sturdy and reliable. It provided excellent comfort during long hours spent working on various projects at my workstation.However, after five months of use, I noticed the chair began to droop backward. Upon inspection, I discovered a crack in the base frame, causing the chair to tilt. I was disheartened as I had grown quite attached to my chair.Promptly, I reached out to Da URBAN® Customer Service to explain my situation. Without hesitation, they checked the warranty status and promptly agreed to send me replacement components for the damaged parts. Within a few days of my complaint, the replacement arrived.Now, I am happily back to work, seated on the most comfortable and ergonomically suitable office chair available. Thank you, Da URBAN®!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quality seems good but the seat tilts right and left when I move side ways while sitting on the seat.

Assembly was quick and easy, taking me only a few minutes, but there’s also a paid assembly option if needed. After the purchase, I received a call from the company explaining the product warranty, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the chair, the packaging, and the after-sales support.
