Review update after using sporadically for 1 month - 1. Not sure about purity/ concentration, because the so called garlic like smell after use - mentioned widely - is not observed. 2. I have used it after reading the book "Healing with DMSO" - on skin - on the back, shoulders, and even on gum abscess , after diluting to about 60% using lab grade distilled water. Have not noticed any improvement or change. No burning / tingling sensation as mentioned by others.... 3. this feedback is for supplier - note of caution on label that it is important to dilute with distilled water as per application requirements, especially on skin. 4. A certificate of origin (Japan), stating purity, and/ or assay is useful to establish credibility. After all, this product is not made in India. Sometimes, repackaging might add impurities and reduce effectiveness. For users - best to buy a book or read on internet as much as possible on how to use. Try other suppliers to see if it is better....

I have severe ADHD for a long long time. DMSO truly helped me in that. And I am just using it for last 72 hrs only. It is remarkable in feeling a balanced emotions.
