The backs of my heels started drying and cracking bad. I stuck to carpet walking. Drove me nuts. The coarse sanding disk worked best on my heels. The vacuum works but if you turn the unit upside down, the skin falls out through the disk area. Vacuumed skin is not contained in a separate area, so I vacuumed the unit with my regular vacuum. The instructions say to charge fully before using. I maybe used the unit 20min at a time. 10min per heel. The charge lasted and stayed strong throughout. The next day, the charge was drained and I had to charge it again before using.

I received the Own Harmony Electric Callus Remover as a Christmas gift in 2023. It has performed very well in removing dry patches of skin on my feet. I have been very pleased with the results and regularly use the product. Unfortunately, while using it last week it just stopped suddenly mid-use. I thought nothing of this initially because it had been some time since it needed a charge. But the unit would not charge up again at all. I was quite disappointed. I contacted their support system by email in the middle of the night on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Very surprised to get a very pleasant within an hour! After providing them with some requested answers, they immediately shipped me a replacement unit. I received that replacement on Tuesday. Now that is what I call fabulous customer service. I now have a working unit that I am quite happy with back in my possession. Thank you, Own Harmony.

I was surprised that this didn't use a standard charging cord, such as USB-C or micro USB. I hope the included charger lasts. Also, I've found that the dust collection compartment rarely has anything in it, but my floor sure does. I would say that 99% of what it shaves off winds up on the floor.

Products motor stopped working after 30 days, I've cleaned after every use and now just 2 days ago the motor does not work and the item is un usable. It does a great job for what it is suppose to do but breaks very easily.

I am so pleased with this product. I've tried other brands that haven't worked for me. I started with this brand quite a few years ago,and was amazed at how well and easy it was to keep my feet " groomed". I wore the first one out,with my troubled feet. And when I purchased a new one it broke. I was so disappointed. I purchased another one from this company,but of a different model. Do you know that this company reached out to me when they heard about my second purchase being defective? They reached out to Me. I couldn't believe it! Long story short....they replaced the one that went bad, apologized that I had a problem with it and immediately sent me a brand new one. I had purchased quite a few refill rollers ,and they were going to go to waste.but not with this company. They stand by the quality of their product. I love this product and highly recommend it. It just works! And I would have given the same high marks,even without the replacement. Cause it works! I really like this product, it does the job for sure. This is my second product, the first product I ordered from another company fell apart after six months. This one seems like it is a lot more sturdier. It works very well my feet are so soft and smooth. I would buy it again.

J'ai finalement choisi ce modèle plutôt que le modèle à rouleaux. C'est comme tout, il faut avoir essayé et compris comment utiliser l'appareil avant de conclure qu'il ne fonctionne pas bien ... Mis en charge deux heures. Puis je me lance, sur le talon du pied. Au début, il ne semble pas simple de maîtriser cet embout rotatif. C'est simplement parce qu'il ne faut surtout pas appuyer trop fort ! Il faut laisser la rape glisser sur la peau. Passer et repasser sur toute la surface. Si on appuie trop fort, il stoppe. Au bout de quelques minutes (c'est un peu plus long qu'avec une rape classique), mon talon est lisse comme une peau de bébé. Où sont les calosités ? Il n'en reste qu'une poudre fine comme de la farine, qui se trouve dans une petite trappe sur le côté de l'appareil. Conclusion : ce produit fonctionne bien, si on fait l'effort de l'utiliser comme prévu ;)
