Q: What should be the size of the hole on the tile? ( Does the water input part apart from the body to fit it?

The unit separates to carry out the fitting via tile hole or other means.......exact size I can't remember but is down to what way you are fitting, I.e. with cold only or hot and cold.

Q: is the spray nossle the same size thread as a shower hose

I am not sure about shower hose but this is same as the tap in bathroom basin
