Sharp, easy to handle knife. With the curved tip you can cut or trim small pieces of meat. With the long main part you can cut through anything. I usually use Henckels or Zwilling, but they don’t have anything this big. The cuts as well as they do.

This knife has been great so far. I’ve had it for about 2 years. This is an overall versatile knife to use when cutting/chopping veggies & meats of all sorts. My wife bought me this for Christmas and I love it. It came out of the box razor sharp and the blade was wrapped and protected very well. Been using it since Christmas 2023 and it’s held up so far. Blade is still sharp, handle still in great shape, no pitting or rust on the blade yet, very pleased. The knife has really good weight which I love especially when cutting large slabs of meat like a brisket. Only complaint I have is the oil they used to soak down the blade during shipping was really hard to get off. I had to scrub the knife multiple times to remove that oil….which was really more like a grease.

Oh man... this knife is 🥵 yess!! I love the texture to the design. I love how easy it cuts. In my opinion it could be sharper. My friend is getting an automatic blade sharpener. When that comes hes gonna sharpen my knives. Its already really sharp. My hubby cut himself on the little part that sticks out tho. So be careful. It has good weight and balance to it also.

Knife came super sharp and ready to use. Well balanced and comfortable in the hand. I bought a ribeye roast to cut into steaks. This Knife made it easy went through the meat like a hot Knife through butter. Will be buying more styles of this knife.

Excellent knife. Nice weight and feel to it. Would like to take it outdoors for camping. Would've been great if it cam with a sheath. But no issues, will make one out of PVC or some other material. Highly recommend this knife. The thickness of the blade and its edge geometry is perfect for cutting.
