Ask your “friend” if they like a loose fit or a tighter fit. Do they wanna feel snug and warm or just covered? Lol. Being 4’11 you don’t really need to get a “tall” but I think I would shoot for a 4-5X Tall…because it’ll be longer and cover your friend a lot better. Best of luck. ❤️
