The product is lovely and good value for money. unfortunately, there was a breakage when I opened the box. I contacted the the seller immediately and was offered a refund or replacement which is what you would probably expect. However, the quality of the response was very friendly and courteous and I thought the customer service was excellent.

I bought these glasses to add to the ones I already have. They're slim and elegant with fine glass. I'm really pleased with them and they are reasonably priced. Delivery was swift also.

These tumblers were lovely but only four arrived intact. Two were broken, the packaging was totally inadequate.

These are nice glasses, classic straight-sided highball shape, and significantly better than other slightly more expensive ones I have bought from a different seller (which didn't have flat bases or straight sides so they wobbled). My reason for deducting one or two stars is the packaging. The glasses are a loose fit in the box partitions, and the manufacturer's box was loose inside a larger box with little packing, and as a result three glasses out of six were broken in transit. To the seller's credit, however, they sent replacements without any quibble.

Good quality glasses at an affordable price, came well packed.

Good weight and appearance but prone to 'Bloom' after frequent dishwasher use.

Wanted to relive the vodka and lemonades on holiday! These were great. First delivery were wine glasses by mistake but they resent these correct ones straight away!
