This clay is not like any of the dense and heavy kinds of clay I have worked with. It is light, soft, airy, and very easy to work with. When it dries, it is light and spongy, but the design remains sturdy. It really depends what you're intending to use it for. If you're looking to model solid hard clay, this material is not for you. Great choice of colors. The packages are small, so most of the design would be relatively small. The tools are a nice added bonus. It would have been great if the packages were zip locked so the remaining clay does not dry up. Other all, I was positively surprised by the quality.

I bought this clay for my 5 year old since he is always building characters with playdoh. I actually tried a different kind of clay before this one and it was just as messy as the playdoh. This clay was different and far exceeded all expectations I had. For one this is little to no mess! Super easy clean up. It is also super soft and feels great in your hand. This clay i think is high quality and it’s also a great price. You get so much. But the blocks of clay are small so if your child is like mine and is constantly making things, then it does go fast but I still think it’s a great buy! I plan on buying more again soon. I’m not being paid or anything by this review, I just generally love this clay lol

The clay was very easy to get out of the packages. I've bought some others before where the clay stuck to the bag a lot. These came out very easily. However, I felt like they were too quick to dry. Sometimes they started drying before we finished making them. However, I would buy them again. The value was equal to what I paid so it's not so bad. The clay is so fun to work with nonetheless.

I was excited to order this as I saw an art teacher recommended it on their IG story. At first it was great. The texture was like a puffy marshmallow and dried really well. The kids really enjoyed the clay. It was not messy at all and didn't stain the kids' hands. It was very easy to work with. But then after doing it with 2 groups of kids I noticed a few of the kids' clay were very tough to work with. When I went to check for myself, I noticed the clay was already dry before the kids could even work with it. After I went to inspect the rest of the unused packets of clay and found many of the ones that didn't feel squishy were dry already INSIDE their packaging. To be thorough, I opened those ones and tried to work with them and nope they were DRY. At first it was 5 of them that were dried and that is fine, but in total it ended up being 13 packets of clay that I couldn't use for the kids. I had to go buy some model magic clay to make sure I had enough clay for the other kids to use. So unfortunately, I had to take this into consideration for my rating. Hope this helps.

As a crafter for many years I am always looking for good solutions for my projects. When I saw this pack it seemed too good to be true! I ordered it and it exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that it is initially sticky but takes one knead and it’s really soft and malleable. I highly recommend this for all ages and love that it comes with tools and you can easily make custom colors by mixing them together. I’m excited to keep making things and doing projects with my 4 year old nephew.
