Q: Will they shrink if washed in hot water? They fit great except they are about 1-2 inches too long. I don't want to hem them if they will shrink. Ty

I would not wash them in hot water (color will fade). I normally wash them on normal cycle with cool / luke warm water and hang dry.

Q: Is this a dress pants?

Yes it can be use as dress pants. My son wears to church. Can be dressed down as well.

Good quality and fits perfectly on my 5yr old son. He’s a little slim and being able to adjust the waist band is a big plus. I wash his cloth every week and so far the pant have kept their color.
