Not delivered as promised in offer
It has become a common problem with Amazon that you never get the same product as promised in the offer. In this case also I didn't get the set of extra strings which are there in the offer. And at the same time quality of bag is not as promised. It's not a heavily padded bag. Just a simple bag with little padding. I was getting the same guitar from other site at less rates, but i ordered from Amazon.. But very disappointed.. Moreover they have very bad customer care services. Nobody bothers here and are least concerned about customer's complaints.
