How much to use?
Nice blend - it doesn’t have any suggestions as to how much to use but I’ve found that about 1 level teaspoon per portion of rice is about right.

Spice for rice
I've used this and store it the rest of my Curry Spices. I finely chop an onion and add this spice reduce heat after 10 seconds and add the pressure cooked rice, mix well and ready to use. However if you look at all the ingredients you can can easily make your own mix, might just have to experiment with quantities of spices, but adjust to your own likings. For me I always add fresh chopped Coriander as a final touch. Depending on what I'm making with the rice.. Enjoy everyone.

The best.
Fry in some oil for a minute or two to really activate the flavours, then I throw it into a rice cooker with my Tilda rice and it comes out divinr every time.
