This product says that the liquid is to be poured into the cap for consumption. The cap leaks, so there’s no way to comfortably drink from this product! The product spout is not suitable for direct drinking, as it is a press down and pour-type thermos. Unusable. Disappointed, because it’s super cute.Update: I return this product, and it wasn’t easy. I drove to a local Kohl’s and it took about 10 minutes to return plus the hassle of having to go there.Unexpectedly, a new thermos was sent to me, and I was skeptical, but it works!! In the end they sent me a product that works, but it was a total hassle.

I was so excited when I first received this item and it arrived a little sooner than two days. I was actually quite surprised that it was way smaller than I thought. I thought they sent me a mistake because it was so small so I checked their description and nope, it was exactly how they discribed it. I compared it to my old water bottle in the picture to show the size difference when you remove the caps. It can hold up to 11.8 oz compared to the average size of a water bottle which is 16.9 fl. oz. I’m not disappointed; I just didn’t expect it. It’s friggin’ adorable though! The color scheme is absolutely amazing.

Carries very little water in, which I tried to overlook due to its unique design and it's ability to keep liquids hot. The design is very attractive definitely, but using a bottle with 2 lids that need to be removed in order to be able to drink directly from it, is complicated and a hassle as an adult. You can press the button and pour from it, which I don't have time for. I tried using the feature to drink directly from it, which resulted in me getting my hot tea spilled on my chest, burning myself and whenever its leak proof stops working, I would end up with my pants wet or a wet purse. It only lasted for 4 days, now it has become just another pretty and useless item in my cabinet. Not sure what the purpose of this water bottler is, I am not sure how fun and practical it can be for a child, but I think it can be made better than this, starting off with an ADULT size.

The only good thing about this cup is that it looks cute... other than that this cup is THE WORST. I have no idea how anyone could give it more than 1 star!?!? It constantly leaks and the functionality is terrible. Anytime my daughter (or I because I had to see what she was experienceing) takes a sip it just spills all over her face and clothes (and mine for that matter). The design is just terrible. She tried to make it work by using the top cap as a cup to avoid soaking herself at school but even that it not good because it really not supposed to be used like that. She just keeps telling me how much she hates the cup :( I wish we could just return it. I would NOT recommend this product. Just awful.

This item is only cute, I returned mine. I’m sad cause it looks amazing but it just doesn’t work. I knew how to use it but it not good. You have to pour it in a cup or the bunny ear cup which leaks. Also if you try drinking from it you’ll get wet. The size is ok wish it was bigger but I already knew what it was. Honestly if they made it as a straw bottle and bigger I would buy it. If you could drink it like any other bottle with a straw it will sell. The design is cute and the color are amazing it just drinking of it which made me retire its
