Simple to use, very stretchy yet supportive. I've had prior wrist injuries so these felt like a must have for myself. I use them for heavy squats, bench, rows, (even curls when I try to go on the heavier end of my limits) and these wraps really give me the peace of mind that I won't have to stop lifting for months on end due to injury.

I highly recommend this brand because it does a really good job supporting your wrists. You have to understand that you have to really tighten it to the point you feel the velcro and you have very small mobility in order to make this thing work. If you have issues with your wrists or not, get this and I guarantee you it's going to make you lifting heavy weights much more comfortable.
