Very good quality. Just clumps too easily but otherwise a very good versatile product. The freshness is always there and the price is reasonable. I have it on subscribe and save so I never run out. The color is just like a tomato paste.

There was a small hole in the bag n it leaked n with humidity make the other item sticky. Had to put a piece of tape over the hole till I could transfer it out of the original package which is not what I wanted to do. Ordered this item before n put in a jar and it got hard. Ordered another n was going to keep it in the sealed bag but had hole in it. So I’m guessing this will get hard as well. I’ve yet to use this product because of this issue and I will not order again. It was a waste of money.
