China Rose 50's Floral Ruffles Rompers Backless Dress Bathing Suit Swimwear

**UPDATE**- We used this suit last Summer and loved it (original review) . She can still wear it fine this summer! She already wore it for her 2nd birthday. Get tons of compliments on it too! Original review—Can’t say enough about this bathing suit. Just get it! I never write reviews but felt strongly about this item. For size comparison....I bought this in yellow for my my now 14 1/2 month daughter shortly after her 1st birthday. She is shorter for her age and is in 25th percentile in weight. , She has always been behind in terms of her clothes size. She is just now starting to wear a few 12 months items. She still fits fine in a lot of a nine months clothing. She is currently 23 pounds. Due to this, I struggled over what size to purchase for her. I ended up buying the 1 to 2 year, and I am so glad that I did! It’s pretty true to size. With the halter top, you can tie the front bib portion as tightly or is loosely as you need. The suit is a little big on her right now but still works great and I don’t think anyone can tell how much extra room she has to grow in it. I think she’ll be able to wear it even next summer. I want to order it in other colors. The headband is adorable, but it would be my only complaint if there was one. I bought it for the swimsuit and not the headband. The headband is so cute but it is made out of the same material as any bathing suit. Therefore, it is slippery and will not stay on my daughter’s head at all.

I ordered the blue color in size large (2-4yrs) for my tall 30 lb 2 year old that wears usually wears 3T clothes (in Carter’s brand for reference), some 4T in certain brands. It is a little too big in the diaper area, but with all the ruffles and a water logged diaper, it should fit great. I’m glad I ordered the L because the top was slightly narrow and cuts inwards right at chest level. We can pull it up a little higher for more coverage. The adjustable halter is great - easy to custom fit. The material is a swimsuit material, not cotton, as the seller updated in the description. This swimsuit is cute enough to wear as an outfit and functional enough to wear in the pool and splash pad. The print is really pretty in my opinion. The colors in the seller’s picture are a great match to what we received. There is 1 long string where they kept sewing a little too long, but it is easily snipped off and fixed. It is still cold where we live so my diva daughter hasn’t worn this swimming yet, but she does like to put it on and practice the model walk her grandma taught her.

Super cute swimsuit! It is made from the nylon swimwear material, and feels like it is made very well and crafted beautifully. My daughter is about 6 and a half months old, I'm guessing around 20 pounds, swimsuits have not been easy to find that fit her very well because shes a big girl, I was going to have to start looking at 24 month swimwear but decided to try the size small 0-12months and see how it fits her because it is just too cute It fits very well and has room for her to grow but it is not overly big either. I'd say my only critique is the headband, it's basically just a tie so when it is tied to the desire fit, the strands just dangle in her face, I pinned them back with safety pins and I will probably sew them to wear I want the headband to fit.

Love this swimsuit! It is great quality, well made and you cant beat the price! We bought it for a trip to an indoor waterpark. My daughter is just shy of turning 2 and smaller than average (28ish lbs) so the suit was a tad bit big but you couldnt even tell since you tie the strap around the neck. The bow that comes with it is adorable for water fun but it fell off during a water slide so I just took it off. You can just undo the tie and tie it tighter yourself) Adorable for easy water play or floating around a pool, though! I've had numerous friends ask me where I bought her suit after seeing pictures of her in it!

I appreciate that this swimsuit has a tie halter neck, because it allows me to adjust the size of this swimsuit for probably a year or more worth of use. It fits her on the larger side right now, but because I can tie the top I was able to tighten it and have it fit her decently with only 2 months. As she grows it fits her better, so I like that I don’t have to get rid of this after only a couple uses or a month. The design is cute too, the ruffles are adorable.

Absolutely adorable suit. The fabric is ultra stretchy so it should last a couple years. It’s good quality fabric and the edges are finished off very nicely. The fabric is ultra soft and none of the seams are stiff or scratchy.The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the straps are not sewn on at the very edges of the bib and it looks crappy. Other than that this is a great suit. If they don’t have your size you could easily order one size smaller or bigger and it will fit fine. It has that much stretch.🙂

So cute and durable. My oldest used it for about 2 years. Now my youngest uses it. It kind of grows with them in a way. Both of my babies are small though so they were able to fit in it for a while.

I don’t normally do product reviews. But for this swimsuit I decided I would, since it is such good quality. I was pleasantly surprised how well made it is. My daughter is 7 months and around 18 lbs. I ordered the 6 to12 month swimming suit. It is a little bit large on her, but with the ties on the back, I was able to tie it tight enough to fit her reasonably well. Great quality fabric, thick, and very cute, especially for the price! Don’t hesitate to purchase.
