I was really looking forward to the truffle aioli but it tastes nothing like truffle. It tastes like mustard. It tastes like someone squeezed Grey Poupon into a different bottle. Really disappointing. This may be the first one star review I’ve ever left on Amazon.

I had high hopes for the Terrapin Ridge Farms Truffle Aioli, but it fell short of expectations. The truffle flavor is very mild, almost nonexistent, and the aioli itself has a thinner consistency than I expected. It also has a slightly artificial aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy. While the squeeze bottle is convenient, the taste just isn’t worth the price. I’ve tried other truffle aiolis with much richer flavor, so I wouldn’t repurchase this one.

This sauce is absolutely amazing. However, do not order it if your weather is 100+ degrees outside. The delivery people will leave it on your porch and it will separate and go bad before you can get home. No fault of the awesome sauce though. Lol
