I bought this waist trainer on Amazon and put it on right away — oh my God, it fits perfectly! I’m 190 lbs and 5’2”, and I ordered a medium. It fits so comfortably, I feel like I could sleep in it or wear it all day without a problem. It flattens my stomach instantly and still lets me move around, work, or relax without feeling tight or restricted. I’m currently on the first row of hooks (it has three), and as my waist gets smaller, I’ll move to the second and third rows. I’ve tried so many waist trainers before, but this one is the one I was always looking for. It’s soft, supportive, and really does the job. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and results. Honestly… it’s PERFECT.

Definitely worth the money three times over. The quality is amazing honestly. It does run small but if you’re looking for the snatched waist you want it needs to be tighter. Fits the length of entire waist. I would say this is something you should definitely buy. Thick but also breathable and comfortable.

I got an extra small, and it didn’t take to long for me to break in about a week wearing it consistently. It’s easy use and very comfortable fit. I used it to workout in no pitching and supports my back when I am squatting and working on dead lifts. With my everyday work it looks great under my clothing, and gives me a really great hour glass shape.

Strong and works as advertised but I wish it was more thin somehow.

its more cloth like than latex

I’ve tried a few from different sellers, and so far this is my favorite for its purpose. Soft feel to the fabric, yet sturdy and very breathable. You are able to workout in it and no bunching. However I have a short torso bc I’m 5’ 0.5”so it may sit at the very top of your butt, but not enough to bother you while wearing it working out. I also wear it while I’m at work, and I can work 12-14hr shifts. I forget I have it on. I don’t sleep in mines. You may want to size down if you are between sizes. Waist @ belly button is 34in, so I ordered a 2XL and it comes with an extender. It was too big and I was on the last row, without the extender and the fit was not tight/snug. The seller is great they reached out to ensure I received the product and asked if there were any sizing items. I was going to do a return and reorder the correct size for myself. The seller took care of all that and has sent out the correct size I need. I didn’t have to do anything! So go ahead and order it.

this product feels nice and was easy to put on. the material feels comfortable enough to wear all day. however, when I was ordering mine, I checked their sizing chart and then measured my waist at the natural indent to ensure I ordered correctly. it just arrived and I put it on, only to already be on the tightest setting and it still feels loose. i measured myself with a 35” waist, and according to the size chart, I needed the order the largest size, which I did. so i would recommend you order a size down. even if it feels a little too small when you get it, they have the extender that you can use as you work your way down in size.
