It’s comfy but man it stinks when you first unpack it! Had to leave it outside to air out for two days to get rid of the smell from what ever chemical they used when it was vacuum packed for shipping.

This neck rest works perfectly in our truck. I find head rests are anything but restful, they are angled awkwardly. The large gaps between the angle of the headrest and my neck causes me pain. I don't know if it is me but I have to put my head back in order for it to reach my head. Otherwise it is comfortable
