Missing Pieces!!
I bought this as a Christmas present. My little girl has just opened today to do and is hugely disappointed as we are missing lots of pieces!! I told her it would be okay I could get a replacement but apparently the seller has shut down the refund time after just 4 weeks!! Very disappointed with the product and service - would have appreciated being allowed to have a replacement as a Christmas gift.

J'ai fait plusieurs casse-têtes de la marque Schmidt, et a chaque fois, je suis surprise de la qualité des pièces. Je n'ai pas eu de pièces abimés sur aucun casse-tête, environ 15 de faits , et a chaque fois, je suis satisfaite du produit
