St. John's Wort Pills and Herbal Health Supplement, 300mg, 100 Capsules

I always have been a nervous type person and a friend told me about these vitamins. Well I tried it and I do feel more relaxed when taking it 2 times a day. It even helps my thinking, instead of jumping into my work I think of what I want to accomplish that day and make a plan. I have never planed my day before and it really helps. Of course there are days that something else changes the plan but that is normal. I will continue to use these daily.

Pretty ordinary effect or I would say you can't notice much its effect...if you have consider it buying to improve your mood, mild depression symptoms, etc! So I basically tried this on myself and got discouraged to buy it again in future.

Our family member had improved with st john worts use for the last 7 months on one brand when we decided to change to this brand as this seemed cost effective. But after 1 month of use no effect can be seen.It seems useless . The symptoms are back . so i am thinking of going back to the previous brand
