I recently purchased the ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Vegetable Slicer and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. This veg chopper is incredibly versatile and makes preparing vegetables a breeze. Does a good job of chopping, but because of the multiple settings (which is a good thing), getting exactly the right setting for your chosen veg is quite tricky and you end up chomping through a few pieces to start with trying to get the right cut. It can all go in the dishwasher, although I have found food gets stuck in places that are pretty inaccessible and difficult to clean. I use this for making chips for the air fryer, but don't bother getting it out for most quick dishes as it's quicker to use a knife! Nice that the unit folds up, but there are lots of parts that need to be kept together in your cupboard, so maybe easy to mislay an important bit? Maybe that's just me!

Easy to use. No danger of cutting yourself on the blades. So far used for apples and vegetables and washed up well.

It’s awesome. I use it for making Jerky. The 4mm cut is perfect. If I have one grumble it would be it’s a little small.

I’ve used this for a number of different chops, my favourite was the potato dauphinoise, very economical with time and no waste all the same size in thickness. Carrots and turnips so easy, well worth the money for a bloke that’s not a chef!

Quality product as described

Only 4 stars as this struggles on the smallest setting with some veg like cucumber. The dicing function is a bit fiddly and doesn’t really dice any quicker than if doing it by hand, and as with all mandolins, it’s a bit of a chore to clean. That being said it’s so sturdy and I have found it much MUCH easier and safer to use than my old work top one! i was initially skeptical as some reviews mentioned the plastic sharding off, this has not happened! I think they are trying to market this as an all in one device which it isn’t, but as a mandolin it is truly excellent. The dicing function would be great For someone with mobility issues perhaps as it doesn’t make dicing veg any less time consuming. I’m really happy I bought this and would recommend

Amazing, food prep game changer, so easy to use, slices and chops so quickly and safely, no sliced fingers…. So good I bought my son in law one.
