So for so good. The pan is non-stick as promised and has a nice long handle to keep your hand away from the hot contents. What I like most and a key reason for buying the pan is that there are no rivets protruding into the cooking area of the pan. There are few things more annoying to me while cooking than scraping the insides of a pan to get some sauce off the sides and you bump into a rivet.

It is really nice. None stick, easy to clean, and last for several months already.A small disadvantage is the edge of the cap is a bit difficult to clean.

I love my neoflam. If you care for them as directed and use lower heat on stove as directed, you should never need another set of pans. I've used these consistently for a few years now and they still look and perform like new.
