This thing is fantastic!

Suspect used product
Just received it, this product appears to not be new. I bought it because I rent planes and the Fuel sticks at the airports are usually yellowed or have permanent marks in them from measuring fuel in aircraft tanks. This stick has a line from previous use where fuel level was measured. It is also highly scarred with scratches. I expected a new product.
