I bought my first bag of Catalina Crunch from Walmart a week before I ordered this. I've been hesitant to buy because protein stuff has a toss of flavor. But OH MY GOD. Catalina Crunch has been the BEST flavor I've had for getting my protein numbers. a serving is 36g, and it's a DECENT amount in that. and with a little over 100 calories, and 11g protein, it's a pretty good spread. But thing is, while that's a good balance of protein to calories, it'd be moot if not for the AMAZING flavor. This stuff is INSANELY good with it's chocolate flavor. It's not too sweet for me, and the flavor is VERY rich, along with being fantastically crunchy. I'll admit, I munch on it, instead of having it with milk, but I absolutely love this. I highly recommend this, if you're looking for a wonderful alternative to sugary cereal, or for added protein in a daytime snack, this is perfect.

I eat this cereal almost every morning. It tastes great and I don't feel hungry for several hours.

Very nice for morning cereal; and I nibble on it as a snack along with dried fruit and nuts. If you can find their Honey Mustard flavor of snacks - buy all you can get! Delicious!!!

Flavor is very good, stays crunchy in milk which helps with feeling of fullness.

The flavor and crunchiness of this cereal exceeded all my expectations, especially after I read some "bad" reviews (I always read a few reviews from each "star"). This cereal did not disappoint. The chocolate flavor is very rich. The crunchiness is spot on (it does get a little soft after soaking on milk, but is the right amount, in my opinion). I use almond milk and is still very good. My husband was hesitant at first since this is a healthier version of a cereal, but he cannot stop eating it lol 10/10 recommend! The best part is: this cereal was approved by my dietitian (in moderation, of course)!

If I could give a negative review, I would. This is, by far, the WORST "keto" product I've ever eaten. I'm not a "keto" dieter. I'm a diabetic, so often times I'll choose a keto product so I can cut back on carbs and increase protein and fiber. This chocolate cereal tastes like charcoal with stevia. I think I've come to the realization that stevia is not for me. I lo e monfruit/allulose, and I don't mind splenda.. but every time I buy something with stevia it grosses me out so bad. Not to mention, the dark chocolate here SMELLS like chocolate but the stevia doesn't help bring out the chocolate flavanoids. I wish I could send this back. I'm not sure what to do with it now that it's in my house it was really expensive for being as absolutely putrid as it is.

Great guilt free cereal. Chocolate is fantastic flavor but also try the chocolate peanut butter and fruity flavor. Great flavors and not bad for you.
