Good filter element when used with periodic cleaning.
Good filter if maintained well. I use this with the Ionix bag filter housing and this lasts about 6 months with fortnightly cleaning. Combined with a 120 micron screen filter, delivers around 16 psi output when new and goes down to about 12 psi with regular cleaning when due for replacement.

Worth it for Municipals Tap Water
Remeber that this bag filter strainer is for 4 inch pipe diameter not for 1-2 inches dia, so if you want to fit it to your home water tank you must cut it from upper side and get fit it as I did. Before this filter I have to wash my tank each month but now I only need it to clean in between 3-4 months. It is hateful for Municipal Corporation's tap water not for well or boring water purpose as it clears debris, durt and fine earth particles.
