Super impressed with the kit! I wanted to desperately lose half stone in about 10 days for a wedding. Not the healthiest way to do it as I know crash diet aren't you the best but fasting didn't work for me so gave Slim fast a go instead and not regretted it. The box is compact but everything there for 7 days, mix of shakes, snack bags, meal bars, plus a super handy meal plan. Even more so impressed that there were the recipes listed in the meal plan for dinners (must admit I've not tried them)!However I marked down flavour 1 star as I really didn't like the chocolate shakes! I'm really not a fussy person but the meal chocolate bar replacement weren't particularly enjoyable either. Ate it all though and more importantly had great results with a 6lbs loss in 5 days!Will use again & recommend!

Got these when I started my weight loss as a starter to get me on the way. It's actually cheaper to make your own snacks eg crispbread, vegetable crudités etc. Taste was nice though.

I usually buy these when I need to drop a few pounds as find them an easy way to organise my dayThey usually come with ready to drink bottles of shake which are quick and convenient but this pack came with sachets of shakes which you’ll need to buy a shake bottle to drink them with . Thankfully I bought one with my other tubs .

A bit on the pricey side , but I purchased so I could try a variety of products and decide which ones I liked and disliked :) good variety and nice products. I expected to like the chocolate shake and the meal bars , however after trying all the shakes I preferred vanilla and banana and the golden syrupPorridge rather than the meal replacement bars which I wasn’t keen on. A good little box to try before buying the bigger tins of shakes

Firstly, you need to mix milk with the shakes. I don’t drink milk and this was annoying as not explained before. Anyway, I had half of one of the bars and I started feeling really unwell within about 30 minutes. I was violently sick all afternoon and had to take the rest of the day off from work because I couldn’t stop being sick. I don’t know what they put in this but it’s calorie counting for me from now on

I’ve bought a few boxes now of slim fast kits and I think they’re great for when you don’t want to think about cooking and can just grab a shake and go. Unfortunately in this box, one sachet was damaged and the powder was all over the other products and in the box, which turned out to be a bit of a sticky mess. I’ve had to throw this sachet away which is a shame. But otherwise I think this plan is great to lose weight at a steady rate and if like me, you don’t want to think about what you need to eat!
