I have spinal stenosis if I go anywhere on a coach to the pictures or the theatre anywhere like that cushion comes with me. It takes the pressure of the bottom of your spine. I've even started using it in my car.

WAS SURPRISED to get this, as I had NOT expected it 'FOLDED' & ( very ) SOFT. IT HAS a holdall, OK, if you wanted portability, and to STORE the cushion ( folded ). Today is the FIRST use, so I'm not sure of resulting hemorrhoids relief. Considering ; "circulation & re - standing up" ... very GOOD feeling. Its comfortable, but DOES NOT have a strong inner material. People are sometimes HEAVY and will flatten cushions easily, so this item may not last 2 or 3 months if used daily / all day. But is cheap ( to replace ). ALSO, I expected black with the " aqua blue pattern on the top surface ", but it' s SOo black / all black ( uugh ).

Perfect pain/pressure relief, use anywhere on any seat, made of really good quality material makes any seat comfortable. Has a handy carry handle built it. Great for EDS patients. Highly recommended

Its well made and Comfortable it's not aggravating the piriformis muscle which is why it was bought. It will need to be used longer term to decide if it's truely beneficial, however the signs are good. The reason I gave 4 stars is because its still too early to tell 100% but I think like everything else management of muscle pain is a combination of factors, the cushion is one of them .

This is an excellent cushion. It is a good size, soft but supportive. I would definitely recommend to others
