It is a good product, real corn flour for mexican tacos

I added 1 cup this to 1 cup of all purpose flour for my tortilla recipe, and it added an additional tasty flavor to the tortilla outcome.

Great product, I use it to make homemade tortillas and nachos. Delicious However I would advise not to purchase simply because it is shipped in a plastic bag/envelope which is not enough to support the plastic bag containing the flour. Mine arrived split open. I made customer service aware the product needed to be shipped boxed to avoid this problem and nothing happened... My second order arrived in the same plastic envelope. split open. Maybe if you order it in combination with other items they'll have no choice but to use a box for shipping.
