I really like all of the country life supplements and have been buying many for years. The B12 is clean, vegan, affordable, and they work.

Being vegan it can sometimes be hard to find a B-12 vitamin that actually works. This one does the trick and I could definitely tell the difference in my energy levels from a previous brand that I was using. This vitamin is not a big one, but easy to swallow and best of all, it's time released. As stated, I have tried other brands, and none of them went to work this fast. I highly recommend to anyone vegan, vegetarian, or anyone needing a boost!
