There are some things in life I will just never understand. This product is one of them because it is, in my mind, the 8th wonder of the world. Growing up, and until I was 36 and had my first child, I barely had a single cramp. After my first child was born, and continuing after I had my second, my cycles transformed into absolute terror. Every month was absolutely excruciating to the point where I could barely breathe through the pain. Some months I almost went to the ER because I was convinced something was wrong (ruptured ovarian cyst crossed my mind). Nothing helped, and nothing touched the pain. Alas, there was no medical reason for the change in my cycles. I was venting to a neighbor about my struggles and she brought these little miracle pellets by my house. I waited to do this review until I had completed 3 months using them because I wanted to be sure it was not just a fluke, but when I say that these are the 8th wonder of the world, it is because after 5 years of absolute agony when it came to my cycles, I have almost no pain now. Some minor cramps here and there, but nothing to write home about. It’s difficult to put into words just how life-changing this is for me given my excruciating pain before. I mentioned it to my OB, who has since passed it on to some of his other patients who struggle with immensely painful cycles, and I tell anyone and everyone about what it’s done for me. Beyond grateful.

This works miracles and I've been taking these since I first got my period as a teenager. My mother used them before me and passed it down to me. I much prefer taking these to Advil as they are healthier for you and do the trick just as well if not better. More people need to know about this. They taste sweet, so they also go down super easy (especially considering you have to let them dissolve under the tongue). They work in about 20 minutes or under. I usually pair these with a heating pack for severe cramping. I recommend not drinking any water while they are dissolving and just to let them work their magic until fully dissolved.

UPDATE: I’m pretty confident at this point that it did kickstart labor for me. I used them again during my most recent pregnancy. Started taking at 37 weeks and baby was born 2 days later (and labor itself only lasted about 1.5 hrs, I pushed twice and he was out!). Could just be my body, but I definitely think it’s worth a shot if you’re eager to get labor going. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this to try to naturally induce labor because I was scheduled for an induction in a few days. I really wanted to avoid that if possible so I figured why not try this (I had read that it was a great homeopathic option for inducing labor). I kid you not- I took two doses and started having consistent contractions within A FEW HOURS. Took my first dose at 4pm- baby was born by 3am that next morning. Obviously I can’t say for certain if it was this or my body would have gone into labor anyway but I had done every other natural method before that didn’t work so I definitely believe this did the trick!

Not sure if these worked, or it was just good timing, but my midwife suggested I try these to jump-start my labor. Her suggested dosing was 5 tablets every half hour for 2 hours. Repeat as necessary every 12-ish hours. No eating or drinking pior or during the 2 hr window. My labor started within about 5 hours after the 2nd two-hour dose. I know I was already somewhat dilated and effaced, so it was it was just a matter of time - but I was really ready to be done being pregnant.
