Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Weightless Dry Oil Spray, SPF 30

Love this for the summer! Goes on light. Not greasy at all. Has sunscreen and moisturizers a bit. Easy to grab, spray and go!

I’ve always liked most Hawaiian Tropic sun products. This spray is a lightweight oil but it sinks right into the skin without feeling greasy or leaving any residue on the towel. Has a great tropical scent. I like this because it doesn’t feel heavy like a lotion but has good spf protection. I apply before heading out to the pool and reapply every 80 min or so and no sun damage. I do tan in the sun but I don’t like to get much visible tan at all anymore given that I am 46 years old. This is a solid product if you prefer an oil over a lotion.

I am very sensitive so living in the Southern U.S., I need to be very conscious of wearing sunscreen while playing golf, mowing the lawn, or doing other activities outside. Normal sunscreen lotion works well but is difficult to apply to my face and ears, and aerosol sunscreen isn't the easiest to travel with and runs out quickly. This is where the Hawaiian Tropic Dry Oil Sunscreen comes in handy. The pump spray makes it a breeze to apply to the face, ears, and head, and the residue isn't slimy on the hands like some other lotions are. Although it's only 30 spf, I find that it works well enough for me (though I tend to reapply every few hours to be on the safe side). If you use a lot of sunscreen like me, you may want to have the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen on hand along with a less expensive lotion so that you can use both depending on your circumstances. Anyway, this was a good find for me.

Great product. Moisturizes skin as it protects with SPF30 and a pleasant scent.

The product performs as it is described. It did have adequate sunscreen protection. I was in the sun for 14 straight days, on vacation, and I did not burn while using it. It is light as air, non-greasy, and the moisturizer in it kept my skin from looking like shoe leather from all the sun exposure. A highly recommend product.

If you hate the oily feel of sunscreen, this is the one for you. Even though it goes on an “oil”, it is lightweight, easy to use, effective and doesn’t leave your hands all greasy like most sunscreen. I will restock this for the rest of my life 🙌🏽

Holy wow! This sunscreen is just perfect to mist onto your face. It absorbs in instantly, and smells nothing short of divine with that magical Hawaiian Tropic beachy scent. The scent goes away pretty quickly, so it doesn't compete with colognes/aftershaves, etc., but I love the scented initial application. I am in love! SPF50 would be even better if they ever decide to update the formula, but other than that small nit, I'm a super happy customer and will be buying this again, for sure!

On a camping trip, had applied the oil, it says it lasts for 12 hours. I was so glad we were under a canopy! I as exposed to the sun for less than an hour total, and had applied the oil with in 2 hours, and still got a little burnt. Fair skin is tough. However the scent is amazing, and it feels fantastic on your skin. Not sure I will use as a sunscreen, however I do love the dry oil formula for moisturizer on my skin
