Does the job but they are huge! (pictured with a quarter for size reference) My biggest annoyance is that they don’t fit in my pill organizer with my multivitamins, etc.

No cold sores/ fever blisters since taking these

I have been taking for about three years now, and I think these are what are a contributing factor for clearing up my skin and making it look healthier. Prior to taking these, I would get horrible cystic acne, now it’s very rare, maybe once a year. They are easy to swallow and no bad taste.
