Terrible. The lemon is overbearing. The fish is way too dry. As for the oil? Could be anything.. simply terrible. Stick to the sardines in olive oil and you won't go wrong.

I've included this into my fish only diet...SMASH..Salmon, Mackeral, Anchovies, Sardines, Herring. These fishes are all good for overall heart health. This brand is very tasty and you absolutely cannot beat the price for the quality. The Mediterranean and jalapeno Mackeral are also very palatable. The pull top is foil and not metal, so it's easy to open. If you like Mackeral, stock up on this as you won't be disappointed....(Before the price jumps up) 😢
