I bought it for my dad and he likes it.

I wanted a 4 cup pot that was simple to use. This is it! No bells or whistles, it just does the job without taking up a lot of space. Do not recommend the mesh filter. It is not fine enough and some coffee sediment comes through, but a paper filter works great and produces good coffee in very little time.

Good small coffee pot

This is my second time ordering this particular coffee pot. I'm sure I wore out the first one, which I had for over two years. I used it every day and often two or three times in a day heating water to make tea. This little coffee pot makes the water the perfect temperature for either coffee or tea. I put the tea bags in the pot and turn it on letting the hot water steep the tea bags in the cute little pot. I really like that it heats up fast. It also keeps everything hot while I drink my first cup.Clean-up is easy; I use a vinegar solution of 4:1 water:vinegar and run it through at least two times. I didn't hesitate to order a second pot from the same supplier. I'm just glad they were still available. I like that the pot is glass, and I can see through it to see how much is left inside.There is only an on/off switch. No auto shut off. Also, no timer features to preset for morning coffee.This did not stop me from purchasing as I mentioned above it does not take long to heat up.I think it's a good buy for the money.

Have been using Gevi for years, and took a long time to find the same model number….original one I had was super quiet and brewed quickly. Ordered what I thought was the same based on model number, but this is entirely different! Smaller size which is ok, but not quiet at all….makes loud clicking noise as it brews and cheaper manufacturing…..will be looking for a replacement soon if it keeps on…..this is brand new, so expected better quality.

Although I’m an older guy, this is the first drip coffee maker I ever purchased.I had been using a fast water boiling machine to make instant coffee.Although the directions were not written well to understand clearly, once I understood the mechanics, the machine paid me back in dividends big time.It makes 3 cups of delicious coffee and keeps the carafe hot until you’re ready to pour. I t makes the coffee fast and silent and does not ring a bell when it’s done. The only way you know is to see that all the water in the tank is gone which is easy. I haven’t used all my first batch of Dunkin’ Original Blend Medium Roast Regular Ground Coffee yet which I also purchased from Amazon. This machine is so cheap in cost many folks would not even consider buying it, but so far it has surpassed all my expectations. The things I like best are it’s speed, taste and it keeping the coffee hot on the carafe plate.

Used this coffee maker once and immediately regretted it. Coffee consistently spills onto the hot plate, scorching it and leaving black residue on both the plate and the carafe. Poorly designed and clearly not tested for real-world use.I returned it the next day, only to have my refund denied because the item showed “significant damage” — which of course it did, from using it as intended, one time. Now I’m out the money and the machine, which they kept.Honestly, if I had known they wouldn’t refund me, I could’ve at least gifted it to someone I dislike. What a racket. Avoid.

I have to say, it is a bit small, but if you're looking to only produce 4 or so cups, this little baby is AWESOME. Super easy to use (just one button for on/off). Aside from that, it's a small and mighty machine that makes your coffee in just minutes (if that). I would highly recommend for anyone who wants a basic coffee machine that is efficient and simple.
