Can you use this with your regular garden hose or is this meant for a power washer?

It attaches to a pressure washer. I'm sure you can get the correct NPT or other fittings to put it on a garden hose but why bother??? It would just be an unwieldy extension to the end of your hose and would perform NO better than a quality hose gun.

How do I measure my existing wand to determine if it is 1/4" and will accommodate the extensions?

Apparently the Homelite power washer I bought uses the 1/4 inch quick connectors that are for most air compressor applications, not the connectors for power washers... and there are no adapters between the two...So, this extension tube won't work with the Homelite Powerwasher.
